A puncture repair kit provides the manual tools needed to fix a flat tubeless tire permanently. It typically includes a “T-handle” reamer tool (to roughen the hole), a “T-handle” insertion tool (needle), and sticky rubber repair strips. It allows a driver to repair a puncture caused by a nail or screw without removing the tire from the rim. The user removes the nail, reams the hole, and forces the rubber strip in to seal the leak. Ideally, this is followed by reinflation using a portable compressor.
